Billing and Credits
Use Organization → Plan to answer three operational questions: what the organization can use, how many credits remain, and whether a billing action is pending.
The page appears only when billing UI is enabled for the deployment. Buttons also depend on your permission, subscription state, and whether the subscription is self-service or managed by the billing team.
Read the current state before changing anything
Start with Current Plan and confirm:
- current plan and subscription status
- renewal date and monthly price
- included monthly credits and usage in the current billing cycle
- usage against critical limits for workspaces, users, published channels, and Knowledge Base storage
- any pending plan or scheduled billing-team takeover
If a pending plan is shown, treat it as the next-cycle state, not the plan currently serving the organization.
Understand monthly and extra credits
Monthly credits reset on the subscription anniversary. Extra credits are one-time purchases, do not expire, and are used after monthly credits.
When the total remaining credits reach zero, credit-consuming operations pause until credits are added or the plan changes. Use the plan page's billing rules for the current policy instead of relying on an old price or quota copied elsewhere.
Investigate credit spend
Open Credit spend over time to filter by day or week, workspace, and date range. Daily points can be opened to review the underlying records, including time, credits, tokens, model, usage type, workspace, and actor when recorded.
Use this view to locate the source of spend, not to infer that a model or Agent caused a business outcome. Return to Dashboard for the surrounding traffic and operating signals.
Manage payment method and invoices
When available:
Manage payment methodopens the payment settings flow.View / download invoiceopens the latest invoice hosted by the billing provider.
If a button is absent, the current subscription may not expose that self-service action. If the browser blocks the new tab, allow pop-ups for the Codeer site and try again.
Change plans safely
- A new self-service subscription may redirect to checkout.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and may create a prorated invoice.
- Downgrades take effect next cycle and replace an existing scheduled downgrade.
- A downgrade is blocked when current workspace, member, or storage usage exceeds the target limit.
- A scheduled downgrade can be canceled before it takes effect.
Review the confirmation and pending state after every action. Do not repeat a checkout or change in another tab while one is already in progress.
Some subscriptions are managed by the billing team, are pending manual-payment activation, or are scheduled to move to billing-team management. In those states, follow the notice on the page; self-service plan changes may be disabled.
